MEDITATION 10:00am, every second Sunday
Ondine’s classes focus on breathing, opening up the body, creating space, flexibility, body awareness and positivity. As a teacher she weaves all her Yoga experiences together, with thoughtful sequencing, alignment cues, Yoga philosophy and communicating the essence of the pose so her students can become truly alive in their practice. She aims to have you leaving calm, refreshed and centred.
