A beautiful way to become one with your body and breath. This class is a gentle Vinyasa flow, one pose leading to the next and guided by the breath, allowing the body, breath and mind to flow together like a dance. Knowledge of yoga poses is helpful.

Has it been a while since you stepped onto the mat? This class is perfect if you need to take that first step after a long break. The instruction will be alignment based, so these extra details will safely get you back to the yoga you once loved. With the perfect amount of conscious breathing for a dreamy, stress relieving practice.

This guided practice will take you deeper into the world of meditation. We will touch on a variety of meditation techniques & guided tools to help develop & maintain a home practice. Find stillness & serenity within.
